Berlin – the candidate of union and FDP for the office of Federal President, Christian Wulff (CDU), failed also in the second ballot. The Prime Minister of Lower Saxony received 615 voices according to data from President of the Bundestag Norbert Lammert (CDU) on Wednesday in the federal assembly.
