Appellate procedure: Condemned May rioter demands acquittal

In October 2009 citizen of Berlin had condemned the regional court an Italian to two and a half years detention, because he had attacked during the riots on 1 May policeman. Now the author during a repetition process demands acquittal. It refuses however the statement like already before.
