Wage controversy in Berlin: Salaries in the public service draw even

Trade unions and Land Berlin agreed on corner points for the 50,000 coworkers in the public service. Starting from 2017 these receive the same wages as their colleagues in other Federal states – presupposed they agree the proposal. At the latest at the beginning of March is to stand the new collective agreement.
