Berlin – the abuse of Hartz IV achievements is only rarely a case for citizens of Berlin the social court. “The completely outweighing majority of the plaintiffs gives truthful data”, said the speaker of the Germany far largest social court, Marcus Howe of the German press agency DPA to the current debate about the abuse of social security benefits.
