Remand centres: Berlin prisoners receive more rights

Berlin prisoners on remand can get visit starting from the new year longer. Also their payment for work in the prison is almost doubled. That and still more regulate a new law, which steps on 1 January 2010 into force. Experts call it a “century law”.
